Start With the Goal

Begin by briefly explaining what you want to achieve.

Show What You Have So Far

Include the Important Context

A few technical details make it much easier to help you:

Hero version
Windows version, if you run Hero on a virtual machine or in Parallels on Mac.
Key hardware information if relevant, especially amount of RAM since image processing can use much RAM.
Ideally a minimal dataset. A great option here is if you can reproduce using the built in 'Hero Demo Examples' database or one of the databases provide at www.heroimaging.com/database.html
Any plugins, custom components, or scripts involved

You don’t need to include everything — just enough to avoid guesswork.

Ask a Clear Question

Try to end your post with a clear and specific question.

Good examples:

“Why does this node produce an image with no content?”
“Is this the intended way to process time-series data in Hero?”
“Is there a better workflow pattern for this task?”

Clear questions lead to clearer answers.
